What makes your approach different?

Midlife symptoms are often interconnected and cannot be effectively addressed in isolation.

I offer comprehensive intake appointments with the time needed to truly understand your story, identify contributors, and clarify your goals. From there, we develop a plan that is individualized, holistic, and grounded in evidence-based care.

As both a nurse practitioner and psychotherapist specializing in ADHD and trauma, I approach health as an interconnected constellation of systems, where physical, mental, and emotional factors continuously influence one another.

Is this just for menopause?

No. Care is appropriate for women navigating perimenopause, menopause,  weight gain, insulin resistance, sleep disruption, mood changes, ADHD and more.
